The IBF range of bag fillers offers a flexible and reliable straight line packing process.
The bulk powder filling uses the GEA Avapac bottom-up filling system, minimising the introduction of false air into the powder, and powder emission to the environment. Optional dust extraction facilities will further contribute to a clean packing area.
Where sensitive high fat powders or similar are packed, the option of packing in a modified atmosphere is available.
The GEA Avapac IBF 600 Bag Filler can pack up to 6,000 kgs of powder per hour (3-4 25kg bags per minute) and the GEA Avapac IBF 800 can pack up to 8,000 kgs of powder per hour (5-5.5 x 25kg bags per min).
