Powder Sampler
The GEA Avapac Powder Sampler system allows samples of powder quality to be taken as required.
The features of the powder sampler are as follows:
Stainless steel metering screw auger for sample collection, with adjustable speed regulation by means of variable speed drive. A triclover clamp fitting enables quick assembly / disassembly for maintenance or cleaning.
Optional PLC control may provide adjustable start / stop set points for collecting varying sample sizes. A standard sampling regime may be provided or a custom sampling procedure can be developed with the customer to suit their application.
Twin-Diverter
A twin diverter system enables the sampling system to automatically switch between a full and an empty bag - or to switch between two sample types if required.
A simple locking collar provides a safe and convenient method to attach polyethylene sample bags. Optionally, a screw type adaptor may be provided to enable sample bottles or jars to be used.
Multi-Station Divertor
Automatic change to empty collection bag when set point (e.g. full pallet or batch) for collection is obtained. Manual intervention possible.
