GEA Avapac Top-up Upgrade
Customers who have installed the IBF450 filler now have the opportunity to upgrade their packing line to 6 or 8TPH capacity by adding our new top-up upgrade package to the filler.
Where the IBF450 line was installed with a continuous heatsealer and downline equipment, this equipment will also meet the requirements of the increased packing rate thereby further reducing the overall cost of plant capacity increase.
Customers who do not have the new Advantage IBF filler can now also upgrade their packing line to increase its capacity to 6 or 8TPH using a stand-alone top-up system (see pic.) which is fitted to the end of the filler and is fed by a separate powder feed tube or diverter.
This is one of many new upgrade kits that GEA Avapac will be introducing to enhance the performance of existing packing plants.
