GEA Avapac IBF600 & IBF800 Bag Fillers
Where medium to high packing rates, hygienic design and extremely high
accuracy are required, the lnline Bag Fillers are selected for the dairy and
food industries.
The IBF range of bag fillers offers a flexible and
reliable straight line packing process.
The bulk powder filling uses
the GEA Avapac bottom-up filling system, minimising the introduction of air
into the powder resulting in powder emission to the environment. Optional dust
extraction facilities will further contribute to a clean packing area.
Where sensitive high fat powders or similar are packed, the option of
packing in a modified atmosphere is available.
The GEA Avapac IBF 600
Bag Filler can pack up to 6,000 kgs of powder per hour (3-4 x 25kg bags
per minute) and the GEA Avapac IBF 800 can pack up to 8,000 kgs of powder per
hour (5-5.5 x 25kg bags per min).
